Methodology: Costs converted from original publication currency to USD using historical mid-year exchange rates for the cost year, then inflated at 3% per annum to 2026 USD. Per-patient values represent the annual direct medical cost / OOP cost / total cost during the initial treatment phase unless otherwise noted in the detail panel. % GDP per capita = (per-patient cost ÷ GDP per capita 2024) × 100. National burden per 100k = per-patient cost × CRC incidence rate (GLOBOCAN 2022, age-standardised, per 100,000 population). GDP per capita: World Bank / IMF 2024. CRC incidence: GLOBOCAN 2022.
